By accessing or using MeeraApps Technology products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.
2. Products and Services
MeeraApps Technology provides enterprise call accounting software, SIP phone applications, and related services. Access to our products is subject to licensing agreements specific to each product.
3. License and Usage
Our software products are licensed, not sold. Each product is governed by its own End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software without express written permission.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with MeeraApps Technology products and this website are the property of MeeraApps Technology. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
MeeraApps Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products and services.
7. Support and Maintenance
Technical support and software updates are provided in accordance with your active Software Assurance (SA) agreement. Support terms and availability may vary by product and license tier.
8. Data Processing
Our products process call data records (CDR) from your PBX systems. You retain ownership of all call data processed through our software. We do not access or store your call data on our servers unless explicitly agreed upon for cloud-hosted deployments.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our products and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
